## You gain an hour at the state line.

**Auburn is one hour behind Atlanta.** Our store hours use Central Time; Atlanta uses Eastern Time. A 10 AM opening in Auburn is 11 AM on an Atlanta clock, and our 5 PM Sunday close is 6 PM back home. Plan your visit by the store's Central Time hours below.

The drive is approximately 108 miles from downtown Atlanta. Allow around 1 hour 45 minutes, plus extra on football weekends and holidays, when I-85 gets busy. The time-zone change affects the clock reading, not the time you actually spend driving.

## Straight down I-85\. Off at exit 57.

The checked Google Maps route follows I-85 South nearly the whole way:

1. Step 1  
From downtown Atlanta, take the Downtown Connector south. Where I-75 and I-85 split, keep right on **I-85 South toward Montgomery**.
2. Step 2  
Stay on I-85 South for about 100 miles, past Newnan and LaGrange and across the Alabama line.
3. Step 3  
Take **exit 57 for Bent Creek Road**, signed for Auburn and Opelika, then follow E Glenn Avenue and E University Drive to Opelika Road.
4. Step 4  
Head to **941 Opelika Road, Auburn, AL 36830**. Look for the checkered pillars and pull into our free lot.

Exits 62 and 58 come first, but they put you on US-280 into Opelika. Wait for 57\. Starting somewhere else in metro Atlanta?
